Big 24 Hour Cool Down...

Hey folks,

Overnight we saw near record settting temperatures in many places....

Argentia: 8.0
Grates Cove: 7.5
St. John's: 7.2
Marystown: 5.7
Bonavista: 5.6
Gander: 5.4

Well, temperatures have certainly snapped back to reality for the Island today... and by tonight we're looking at temperatures of -5 in the City of St. John's and a frosty -15 in Central Newfoundland. So a huge 24 Hour Cool down. In Labrador, clear skies mean temperatures dipping below -30 yet again.

WEDNESDAY
I'm watching a Low Pressure system which will CLIP Eastern Newfoundland on Wednesday. As mentioned, for the most part, the moisture with this system will be well off shore. However, the possibility of a good 2-5 cm dusting by Tuesday night is certainly possible. So keep in mind the roads could be a slick.
