I'll See You In A Few Weeks...

Hey folks,

I just wanted to let you know, I'm jumping on a plane tomorrow and heading back to Ontario for a couple of weeks vacation. Mr. Jonathan Crowe will be keeping you up to date on all the Weather happenings on Here & Now over the next little while. I'll be back on the 22nd of December... just in time for Santa.
Anyway, before I leave ya, I wanted to give you a rough outline of how the next few weeks could play out...

THIS WEEK
-Things are going to remain pretty active... we have this low moving through right now which pumped in all those warm temperatures today. A record setting 17 this morning in St. John's!
-A Low pressure system headed up the Coast will just clip the Avalon late Wednesday and into Thursday with some showers...
-An Alberta Clipper system will track into Labrador on Thursday with some Snow and Friday into Newfoundland with some more showers. However this system will REALLY DROP OUR TEMPERATURES INTO THE WEEKEND!!!

NEXT WEEK
-A system rolling up the East Coast of the U.S. has been popping up on the computer models the last few days. I think it's a pretty good bet that Late Sunday or sometime Monday, or even early Tuesday this system will be moving into the Province. Now with all that Cold air charging in this weekend... it will still be kicking around when this system moves in. As a result I think there's a good chance that this system could be SNOW for Terra Nova & West. Bonavista & The Avalon it's way to early to tell... but safe to say early next week will be interesting.
-Looks like late next week Another Coastal storm could be tracking in... but we're talking about way in advance now... a lot can happen.

THE WEEK OF THE 15th
-The Overall pattern is still looking unsettled for the week.
-However it looks like the warm air could be trying to push it's way back in.

Alright before I leave you I want to share a fantastic viewer photo with you... this one came from Jodie Ashini. She took this in Sheshatshiu on Friday November 28th. And what a shot...
