-Eventually almost everyone on the Island will switch over to rain. The exception being you folks North of Port Saunders on the Northern Peninsula. It's all snow for you... 20-30 cm's & blowing snow will be a huge factor tomorrow with winds gusting to 80 km/h. On the Southern Coast of Labrador winds will gust to 90 km/h in the afternoon creating Blizzard conditions.
-Winds will be a big factor for everyone as we move into the later parts of Christmas Day. 70-80 km/h winds are likely for EVERYONE tomorrow afternoon. You folks in the Western parts of the Island will begin to see a big temperature drop in the afternoon and a change BACK TO SNOW.

-A dramatic Cool down for Boxing Day as Winds will stay gusty... and blow in lots of Cold air on the back side of the Low.

Your Comments

Hello Ryan,You are doing a great job. When you are giving out the forecast why is there little weather information provided for the south coast region from Hr. Breton to Port Aux Basque. Usually we get lumped in with the Central Region Forecast and the weather in our area is usually quite different than it is further inland such as St. Alban's .Grand Falls.etc... Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
