Here We Go One More Time...
RAINFALL WARNING IN EFFECT FOR... WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FOR... This past week has been a crazy active weather pattern. That huge trough in the Eastern half of Canada has been rolling storm after storm around the rim and into Atlantic Canada... and this weekend we'll see the 3rd such storm in 7 days. Across the Island this system looks for the most part like a rain event as well. Corner Brook, Deer Lake, Badger and even as far East as Grand Falls-Windsor will see the snow falling early Saturday morning. However, a transition to freezing rain and then over to rain will occur throughout the morning. The same transition will happen along the Northern Peninsula through the later parts of the morning. The Straights & Mary's Harbour will see the transition over to freezing rain and rain through the late afternoon hours. It's all Snow for Hopedale & North to Nain as well as Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Chuchill Falls and Labrador City. In fact as of 5pm Environment Canada has issued Warnings for Labrador. SNOWFALL WARNING FOR... I'll have the full details tonight on Here and Now. Have a Great Weekend! Ryan Your Comments
