An Early Look At The Weekend...
As I mentioned yesterday... this area of High Pressure settling in from the West is going to clear us out and cool us down for Thursday and Friday. The question moving forward is... how long can this area of High pressure hold?
Our next system is going to roll in from the West throughout the day on Saturday. Obviously, being 3 or 4 days away... a lot can change when we're talking about 6-12 hours... but this is how things are set to work.
Saturday morning showers would be into Corner Brook and the Western part of the Island... Flurries would be into Labrador City. By Saturday afternoon, showers will push East into Grand Falls Windsor and Happy Valley Goose Bay in Labrador. On the Island... the Avalon looks like Increasing clouds throughout the day with the showers not pushing in until Saturday evening. Again, that could change. So stay tuned.
Sunday looks wet for everyone.
P.S. Mid-next week and into the week of the 24th things are looking... how should I say... Active. All indications are a stormy pattern is shaping up. I'll keep you updated.
