A Wet Week Ahead...

Hey folks,

I hope you enjoyed the sunshine this weekend... because for the most part this week is looking kinda soggy.
Currently we have 3 systems which are going to be influencing our weather over the next few days.

3Lows-Oct27.bmp

The first one is a Low pressure system in Northern Quebec which will slowly track North and East and will bring some showers to Western Labrador on Tuesday.
The second is a very weak Low just off shore of the Avalon which will throw some showers inland tonight and tomorrow.
The third and main low has yet to form... however once it does will be the main weather maker this week bringing rain and some pretty windy conditions to much of the Province.
This system will form off the Eastern Seaboard of the U.S. tonight and tomorrow and then quickly track North over the next 36 hours.
Coastal-Oct27.bmp

This coastal storm won't be anywhere near as strong as the storm last week... however it will quickly take over the weather map and bring some strong winds and decent rainfall for Wednesday and Thursday.

Stay tuned.
Ryan

Your Comments

Hi Ryan.

Just dropping a note to say "thanks" for the wonderful weather breakdown, as usual. Technical yet descriptive enough, in layman's terms. I like the new graphics for the local (St. John's harbour shot with animation) forecast. Keep up the great work...hope you're sticking around. Cheers~
