Dan Aykroyd showed up on the Jimmy Kimmel late-night talk show on ABC the other night, ostensibly to plug the new Yogi Bear movie (he voices the pic-a-nic basket-loving bear) but evidently also to plug his line of vodka. Crystal Head Vodka has picked up a fair bit of publicity for the unusual shape of the bottles, but Aykroyd wants people to also know about where his hootch comes from.

“It’s made in the most romantic place in the world: Newfoundland, Canada,” Aykroyd said.

“It’s a thousand miles out into the Atlantic, the water is sweet, the people talk with an Irish lilt, and they are just loving, wonderful people.”
