I own this Photograph, and I retain all the consents and rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to CBC.

I am the only person who has copyright to this Photograph, and I understand that I am granting CBC the non-exclusive right to use it in any way that CBC sees fit.

I agree that the CBC will remain harmless from all claims, demands, actions, suits, or other proceedings against CBC arising out of the use of the photograph in violation of the above conditions.

I understand that there is no payment involved.
