To mark the occasion and spread awareness about the importance of protecting your skin, CBC's resident medical specialist Dr. Karl Kabasele is devoting today's Ask Dr. Karl video blog to sunscreen.

In this video, he answers a question from Mike about whether or not a person who never burns still needs sunblock.

You can learn more about the Canadian Dermatology Association's annual, nationwide Sun Awareness Program for the Prevention of Skin Cancer here.
