Criminally charged SNC executives and staff

SNC-Lavalin fell under police scrutiny in Canada and Switzerland in 2011 as the company's construction projects in Libya were disrupted during the fall of the Gadhafi regime.
In April 2012, the RCMP raided the companies Montreal headquarters at the request of Swiss police. Since then, these former executives have been charged with a variety of corruption offences tied to projects in both Canada and abroad. The police investigations are on-going.
