MAP: Drought emergency in the Horn of Africa

A widespread drought, along with rising food and fuel prices, has spurred a food crisis in East Africa, according to the United Nations. Malnutrition rates in Somalia are among the highest in the world, and famine has killed tens of thousands of people in the country.
