While high internet costs are often thought of as a Canada-wide problem, each province has its own pros and cons. While Atlantic Canada has the highest prices, they also have more unlimited plans than anywhere else in the country. Overall prices may not be sky-high in Ontario, bandwidth caps are often lowest.
