Last Updated: Nov. 4, 2011

Heavy rains have doused regions of Thailand, causing massive flooding. The first set of aerial photos shows the flooded Don Muang Airport on Oct. 31. The second set shows the Chao Phraya River in central Thailand near Ayutthay and the third set of photos shows flooding around Bangkok. Water is dark blue, clouds light blue, vegetation is green and urban areas are coloured beige. Drag the slider to the right and left to see the city as it appeared before and after the monsoon struck the city.
