Volcanic ash covers Mount Sinabung region as locals return home
More than 30,000 people evacuated in late January

NASA has released new photographs showing the aftermath of the eruption of the Mount Sinabung eruption in Indonesia. Some evacuees have recently returned home, despite continuing volcanic tremors.
The photograph, captured on Feb. 6, shows villages, forests and farms covered in a brown ash. Move the arrows from side to side in the photos below to see more.
