Your responses:

Cher Pierre,

You will be missed deeply.
My family loved every bit of the man.
It made me smile to know that my mom (Barbara Moore) who passed away two years ago at the age of 60 will be in such great company. If I know her, she will be greeting Pierre at heavens gates.
I am proud to be Canadian and I thank Mr. Trudeau for representing us all so well, you made us proud. My deepest thoughts to the family.
Je t'amie beacoup!

Karen Savoie, Moncton, N.B.

When we are born we cry and those around us smile. When we die we smile those and those around us cry. Today Monsieur Trudeau is smiling down on us with his beloved Michel and a nation is in tears. A true testament to this wonderful man. I salute you Monsieur Trudeau.

Rest in peace dear man your work is done.

A humbled Canadian,
Lois Stewart

When I think of him I am reminded of this line from a poem (whose author escapes me at the moment...though I am sure Pierre would know).

"A man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?"

Pierre, we saw you reach, we saw you take hold and now we wish you God speed. Thank you.
