For our November 2012 photo contest, we asked you to share pictures of your pets with us.
It was a record-breaking month for the CBC Community photo contest. We received almost 500 submissions between Instagram, email and web submissions.
And our final vote between the five finalists received 3,291 votes - almost 10 times the total number of votes for October's photo contest.
So we'd like to extend a big thank you, CBC Community members, for your all submissions and votes.
But let's not drag this out any further: here is this month's winner.

Let it be known never to bet against cats on the internet.
A special shout-out goes to the runner-up, Fezzik the goat by Claire Moxon, which received a whopping 1,092 votes, almost catching up to Pussyfoot's 1,263.
Congratulations to Imeda Darwish who has won a special prize, compliments of the CBC Shop.
Thanks to everyone who sent in their photos for the contest!
Stay tuned for the start of our December photo contest next week.
