For Mother's Day, CBC News wants to know why your mother is one of the best. Share your photos and videos with us and we'll share them on air and online. (iStock)Mother's Day is just days away - and CBC Community wants to celebrate it with you!
There are two ways we hope you'll take part:
1. Send us your favourite photo of your mother, or of the two of you together, along with a short story explaining why the photo is special to you or why your mother is one of the best.
2. Send us a video message to wish your mother a happy
Mother's Day. The video should be short, about 30 seconds long, and
focus on why you think your mother is fantastic. We'll be using your photos and videos on CBC News Network and in a special feature on CBCNews.ca to celebrate the day.
To submit:
Upload your photos or videos to the CBC Your News Community. If you haven't joined, it's easy to do so. If you are a member, simply log in and upload your photos or videos to the 'Mother's Day' category in the form below.
Note: CBC Your News Community has replaced the previous member centre. Log-in information for the member centre will not work in CBC Your News Community.
If you run into issues, you can still submit your photos or videos via email to yournews@cbc.ca. Be sure to include your full name, your mother's name and where you live.
So join in! It's never too soon to let your mother know how much you care.
