Hungry man protests all-you-can-eat restaurant

Bill Wisth has promised to picket a Wisconson restaurant every week until they apologize for refusing to serve him more food. (TMJ4) A U.S. man has declared war against the restaurant that cut him off during an all-you-can-eat fish fry last week.

Bill Wisth, who is six foot six and 350 lb., admitted to local news station TMJ4 that his appetite is heartier than most.

Still, he said, turning away any diner at an all-you-can-eat affair is "false advertising."

On Friday evening, Wisth went to Chuck's Place in Thiensville, Wisconson for an all-you-can-eat fish special. He had already consumed 12 pieces of fish when the restaurant stopped serving him.

Wait staff told TMJ4 that they were running out of fish and that Wisth had been a problem customer in the past. They gave him eight additional pieces of fish and asked him to leave.

Wisth promptly called local police. "I think that people have to stand up for consumers," he told reporters.

Two days later, he returned to the restaurant with a picket sign that read "Poor business practices!"

Wisth has promised to return and picket every Sunday until the restaurant rethinks their position in the argument.

According to a waitress at Chuck's Place, Wisth still has an unpaid tab.
