Vote for the March photo contest winner!

If our March in Motion photo contest has taught us anything, it's that this has been a fast-moving month for CBC Community shutterbugs.

From sunrise jogs and family hikes to jaunty BMX rides through the woods, there was no shortage of action among Canadians in March 2012. Fortunately, readers from across the country were able to capture some of these moments and share them with us.

It should be noted that humans weren't the only ones getting mobile this month. We poured over hundreds of glorious fauna shots, several of which made it into our daily roundup of the photos we felt most moved by.

It's never easy to pick finalists at the end of our monthly contest period, and March has been no exception. Our team's five favourite photos from March 2012 can be viewed in the gallery above or by clicking on the links below.
