Which Girl Guide or Scout badge should be retired?

The Girl Scouts of the USA is giving its badges an overhaul and doing away with the badge for "Fashion, Fitness and Makeup," reports The Fashionist

In its place, the Girl Guides will offer a "Science of Style" badge, which require guides to learn about the chemistry of fabrics and sunscreens. It will also offer badges in web design and financial literacy.

Girl Guides of Canada still offers badges that some may consider old fashioned, such as folklore and needlework. But it also offers more modern-type badges, including outdoors in the city and inventing. (Scouts Canada? It still offers pioneering, but also has badges for powercraft, engineering and family care.)
