A new survey claims that men at work fare better than women when it comes to work-life balance and overall mood.

The findings revealed that men are 25 per cent more likely to take breaks for anything from smoking to lunch to sex.

Women on the other hand were more likely to suffer from headaches, stress, muscle tension and weight gain.

The survey also found that the happiest employees took vacations, left at a reasonable hour and took regular breaks.

Do you think men are happier at work than women? What factors do you think contribute to a satisfying work life?
