WikiLeaks released new documents Thursday, including some covering a wide range of political and economic issues involving Canada.

They include:

  • Views from within the Canadian military about the U.S.-led war in Iraq.
  • Candid views of Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon.
  • Criticism from the U.S. ambassador to Canada about the Harper government's stand on crime.
  • Confirmation that the Canadian government held off introducing a copyright bill in early 2008 due to public pressure.
