Your photo of the day: Oct. 26, 2009
A blaze in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake destroyed two buildings on Sunday and left at least three people homeless. The fire is believed to have started in The Copper Leaf, a garden store, around 1 p.m.
Reader David Butler submitted this captivating photo of the fire and writes:
"There was a fire in the Old Town area of Niagara-on-the-Lake yesterday. The fire started in an antique store on the main street. The blaze started in the early afternoon and continued until late in the evening."
