When Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a bill last December banning Americans from adopting Russian children, many couples who were already in the middle of the adoption process were thrown into legal limbo.
CBC's François Belanger talks to an American couple who began legal procedures last March to adopt a four-year-old Russian boy and who are now anxiously waiting to learn the fate of their plans for their would-be family.
