Lance Armstrong's highly-anticipated interview with Oprah Winfrey — in which he confesses to doping — is set to air Thursday.

Some are suggesting that what the disgraced cyclist discloses in the interview could also expose others who may have known about the doping scandal, dealing a heavy blow to the sport.

CBC's Adrienne Arsenault looks at the potential consequences of Armstrong's admission.
