The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are nearing their first anniversary with no new heir to the throne on the immediate horizon, according to Prince William.
William and Kate were married in a lavish ceremony on April 29, 2011, in front of 1,900 guests at Westminster Abbey in London, England.
Another one million people crowded the streets of London and a further two billion watched the nuptials on television, according to estimates.
Although the pair have said they are interested in being parents, there are no immediate plans in having children.
However, that didn't prevent footage of William holding a baby from fuelling rampant speculation about the possibilities.
