6 killed in apparent murder-suicide near Los Angeles, police say

Six bodies were discovered Monday in a home in a gated community in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles police said.
The six are victims of an apparent murder-suicide, a police spokeswoman said. Their ages or identities weren't immediately known.
The home is in Porter Ranch, a development of large, upscale houses about 40 kilometres northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
