Heath Ledger's will leaves nothing to his former girlfriend, actress Michelle Williams, or their two-year-old daughter, Matilda, a copy of the will reveals.
The will, filed in Manhattan Surrogate Court, was created in Australia in 2003 before they became part of his life and never updated.

It leaves everything he owned to his parents and three sisters.
Ledger, 28, star of Brokeback Mountain and A Knight's Tale, died Jan. 22 of an accidental drug overdose.
Ledger's father, Kim, has said he will make sure Williams and Ledger's daughter are provided for, according to reports in the British press.
"Matilda is our absolute priority, and Michelle is an integral part of our family," he told the London Telegraph. "They will be taken care of, and that's how Heath would want it to be."
Papers filed with the will list Ledger's New York City belongings, valued at $145,000 US, but the returns of his successful film career are not listed, so the size of his estate is unknown.
Ledger's last movie, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, will be completed, according to director Terry Gilliam.
Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law will share duties as Ledger's replacements. Ledger was part-way through filming at the time of his death.
"We are looking forward to finishing the movie and, through the film, with a modicum of humility, being able to touch people's hearts and souls as Heath was able to do," Gilliam said.
