Two other men were released on bail, but also face charges connected to an alleged bombing plot.
More than 700 police officers were involved in the operation in and around London nine days ago in which half a ton of ammonium nitrate fertilizer – an ingredient often used in bombmaking – was also seized.
In total, nine men of Pakistani origin were arrested by British police, eight during raids on March 30, the ninth man the following day.

One of those arrested, a 17-year-old, was charged on Tuesday with conspiracy to cause explosions with an intent to injure. He will return to court on April 14.
The final man being held by British police was arrested under the Terrorism Act, the charge was dropped and he was rearrested over alleged deception offences. He was released on bail and will be back in court in July.
An Ottawa man, Mohammad Momin Khawaja, was also charged last week under Canada's new anti-terrorism laws.
The RCMP say his case is linked to those arrested in Britain.
Khawaja will make his next court appearance on May 3.
