A Milwaukee bar is celebrating after the city backed down on its order that the bar had to take down dozens of brassieres that had been hanging from its ceiling.

A Milwaukee bar is celebrating after the city backed down on its order that the bar had to take down dozens of brassieres that had been hanging from its ceiling.
