The fifth estate and CBCNews.ca are looking at what goes on inside Canadian hospitals for an upcoming special report.

As part of that in-depth report, we are seeking stories from patients, family members and health care providers.

Anyone who has ever tried to navigate the Canadian health care system knows that even the most basic information about the quality of that system is often hard to come by.

However, research shows that information based on patients' experiences can be a good indicator of how well a hospital is performing.

That's why we want to hear from you.
