A photo of musician Dave Grohl playing on stage during a Foo Fighters concert while another man attends to his freshly broken leg made the rounds on social media Friday evening.

BBC News reported that Grohl was performing in Gothenburg, Sweden, when he missed a jump on a ramp and fell.

"I think I just broke my leg," said Grohl. "I'm going to go to the hospital. I'm going to fix my leg. And then I'm going to come back."

Grohl left briefly and then returned to the stage, his right leg covered in a fresh cast. He continued to perform while being attended to by medical staff.

A photo of Grohl singing while in the cast shot up the ranks on Reddit. Readers couldn't help but have fun with the situation, commenting on his injury by quoting lines from the band's song Walk.

The Foo Fighters' official Twitter account later posted a an X-ray of the fracture. A crowd of thousands of screaming fans can apparently prove a powerful anesthetic.
