TOP OF YOUR GAME is your solution to becoming more effective in your life. Every day. Moment to moment. Whether it's negative self-talk, procrastination, fear of failure or uncertainty about the future, we've got the tools to help you be Top of Your Game!

Brought to you by someone who knows a lot about goal-setting, Olympic Champion Mark Tewksbury takes you through eight straightforward challenges to help you achieve personal goals.

Each four-minute segment features Tewksbury in conversation with CBC's Heather Hiscox - they cover one positive idea and outline how you can champion it in your own life. Afterwards, Tewksbury pushes you to Do your Homework!! via the ONLINE WORKBOOK. The exercises are stored so you can complete them at your own pace.

Then the conversation continues 24/7 in the "comments" section.

Trade notes and tips with others on your own personal journeys through the interactive online community housed at www.cbc.ca/topofyourgame.
