Repair cafe offers new hope for broken gadgets

A new kind of cafe is operating in Calgary.

Once a month you can go there, get a coffee and watch while a techno-whiz fixes your phone, camera or other broken-down gadget you might otherwise have thrown out.

It's a European concept known as a "repair cafe" and CBC's Sarah Konsmo was there as it came to Canada for the first time.
