The Japanese automaker says the recall covers late-model year 2010-2011 Accord sedans and 2011 Pilot SUVs.
About 442 of the Pilots are being recalled in Canada.
Pilot owners will be notified to bring their vehicles to a Honda dealer for inspection.
After inspection, the dealer will replace the spindle nuts and if necessary the front damper attachment bracket bolts.
Notification to customers will start later this month.
No Accords are affected in Canada.
