Yukoners are still among the biggest drinkers in the country.

According to the latest data from Statistics Canada, the average Yukon resident drank 176.6 litres of beer, wine and spirits last year. That's 50 per cent more than the average Canadian, and almost double the rate of the other two territories.

The average Canadian managed to down 103.6 litres while residents of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut each drank an average of 96.5 litres.
