A section of Nova Scotia's 103 Highway was closed most of the day Monday, after a tractor trailer truck carrying woodchips collided with another vehicle near Liverpool.
One woman was injured and transported to Halifax by air ambulance.
The 18 wheeler was on its side blocking the entire highway near Port Joli and created a traffic lineup more than 10 kilometres long.
Police say they're still investigating the cause of the crash.
