Dominatrix Terri-Jean Bedford is back in court today
She was found guilty in 1998 of operating a common bawdy house.
But she doesn't think the spanking and fantasy games she offers her clients are illegal.
She wants the Ontario Court of Appeal to decide whether she's wrong or right.
The 40 year old Bedford, known as Madame de Sade to her clients, says she's not selling sex.
She was fined $3,000 when a judge ruled sex for money had taken place in her nine bedroom bungalow.
