If body rub parlours are just any other business, then a new Vaughan by-law won't disturb them much.
But if bodyrub parlours address a profound need -- then forcing them to keep regular business hours and close them on the weekend might cause quite a disturbance.
Bernie DiVoa -- a Vaughan councillor sponsored the by-law, restricting body rub hours.
But he also restricted their geography to an industrial park near Jane and Highway seven .
The local police applaud Vaughan's new by-laws and hope the example rubs off on other municipalities
The new by-laws have caught the attention of some city of Toronto councillors, and in the past the waterfront has been proposed a red-light district for Toronto.
