Three of four men charged in a trial stemming from a riot at a Sikh temple in Surrey two years ago have been cleared of all charges

One of those acquitted had been charged with attempted murder.

The B.C. Supreme Court Judge did find one man, Manmohan Singh Lal guilty of possessing a weapon.

The charges were laid after a bloody fight at the Guru Nanak temple over the issue of tables and chairs in the temple dining room.
