Quebec Green leader loses in Deux-Montagnes

Green Party Leader Guy Rainville has been defeated in his Montreal-area riding.

The rookie leader of Quebec's Green Party was trailing in fourth place in Deux-Montagnes, with more than 50 per cent of polls reporting.

Parti Québécois candidate Benoit Charette has been declared the winner, ahead of Liberal contender Marie-France Daoust and ADQ member Lucie Leblanc.
