As MPs head behind closed doors for their weekly party caucus meetings, questions continue to swirl around what appears to be an unprecedented public spat between PrimeMinister Stephen Harper and Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin over the now-mooted appointment of former Quebec federal court judge Marc Nadon to the highest court in the land.
