For the Record - House of Commons Speaker Andrew Scheer rules against Elizabeth May's point of order

Short version: Under the current rules, there simply is no strict definition of what constitutes an admissible omnibus bill, and until the House chooses to address that fact, it is not within the purview of the speaker to make that call on its behalf. As such, he cannot find in favour of May's point of order.
