Inside Politics

Politicians get a lesson in flexibility

acrobats.jpg It was standing room only Thursday night at the beautiful Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver. Canadian premiers and territorial leaders were being fĂȘted at a divine exposition of B.C. foods and wine. The delegations were whooping it up after a couple days of talks about health, trade and education.

On the many menus were B.C. oysters, candied salmon, scallop burgers ... and wine poured by acrobats.

As for Friday night, pass the Okanagan wine. It's back to the campaign trail soon enough for almost half of the premiers.
