Then again, what's a little empire expansion-related administrative dispute between friends? 

It's all water under the Peace Bridge now. In any case, as noted in today's OotD, later this afternoon, United States Ambassador David Jacobsen will play host to a thousand or so continental compatriots at the annual Fourth of July garden party. We'll be on the scene to report back on the festivities -- which, at last check, were set to feature a cross-border battle of the barbecue pits -- so check back at 4pm for full coverage!
