The Kenney letter and 'Breaking Through'
The NDP released a letter Thursday sent from the office of Immigration Minister Jason Kenney on parliamentary letterhead that asked Conservative MPs to assist in fundraising for an ad campaign to target ethnic voters.
Included was a PowerPoint presentation outlining a strategy to increase the party's vote share in those communities.
