As noted in OotD, Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff is set to rally the troops at the party's annual winter caucus, and while it seems unlikely that the optics will be quite as made-for-TV as the PM's fifth anniversary festivities -- the LPC, unlike certain other parties, isn't exactly made of money, remember -- I figure it might be worthing popping in to see if the mood is as resiliently election-ready-if-necessary as the OLO talking points would suggest, so check back at 2:20(ish) for full coverage!
