What a week it's been!
On Monday morning, The House crew packed a car and hit the road. Our destination: Quebec...I know, I know, that's not a very long road trip, but in political terms, it sometimes feel like Quebec is miles and miles away.
Exploring the province's political scene seemed like an interesting assignment. And it was! We sat down at a nice cafe in Montreal with three political watchers to get their views about Quebec politics. Christian Bourque, Josee Legault and Benoit Pelletier shared their knowledge and thoughts with guest-host Tim Duboyce.
Then Tim got to do something few people get to do these days: he sat down for a one-on-one interview with Premier Jean Charest. You don't want to miss what he says about the oil sands and about 24 Sussex.
I'm also on the show this week. I looked into how things are shaping up for federal parties in Quebec these days.
And finally we spoke to a member of the youth wing of the Parti Quebecois about the future of the sovereignty movement.
It's been a busy week, and lucky me, I got to visit my hometown for a few days! Hope you enjoy the show.
If you want even more, we have exclusive web interviews on The House's website
