Truth in Truth in Sentencing Redux - PBO report on costs now online!
And ... gosh, it's really thorough -- so very thorough, in fact, that I haven't actually managed to read the whole thing, although it would appear that the projected tab is closer to $6 billion than the rumoured ten. Hurray! We've already saved $4 billion and we haven't even started paying for it yet!
