Save me a good seat in the press gallery, y'all: Liveblogging the first non-budget-or-Friday QP of the new session

I probably won't make a habit of this -- well, not a daily habit, at least; for those of us on the committee circuit, those precious 45 minutes are frequently our only opportunity to put down the berry and hit the cafeteria, after all -- but since this is the first QP not to be retroactively superseded by a budget or consigned to Friday morning, I figured I may as well head into the Chamber to share the off-camera antics of our beloved politicians.
